Any consult that requires any type of additional legal investigation, will be billed by a designated lawyer of law firm according to its hourly rate chosen by the customer. • Progressive discipline for employees • Annual review of policies and procedures due to amendments to labor laws or to internal company policy changes. Employee Management: • Warnings / Terminations • Tardiness / Absences • Drafting of memorandums for employees’ records • Revise Employee Manual • Prepare a Domestic Violence Protocol • Employees’ evaluations • Job descriptions of work positions • Market Salary Analysis • Management of employee complaints • Periodic visits to the workplace • On call for all consultations for leaders as well as employees • Maintenance of employees’ records • State Insurance Fund documents, Unemployment and other governmental agencies • Recruitment o Job Postings o Pre-screenings o On-boarding package o Reference checks o Drug testing • Recognition & Motivation Programs
